It's the time of year to celebrate so many things, but mostly a time to appreciate our lives. We're alive! Don your favorite alter-ego costumes & dress up as your super enchanted selves and come downtown to celebrate with all of your friends and community.

Come and Celebrate with us as October marks the store's 34th year as Tree House Books! We are throwing our monthly party, First Friday Imagination Celebration, this Friday October 7th from 3pm to 6pm. See our calendar page for event details. As always, we'll have "Pick-yer-discount, not-yer-nose" as well.
Costume ideas for this First Friday begin with "Earthlings", and we are celebrating Mayan culture with author Christy Raedeke, joining us to share her book "A Daykeeper's Grimoire: Prophecy of Days #1". It would be appropriate to wear your favorite jungle gear, or be a monkey or friend of the forest!
We'lll make Mayan masks to top off the look!
